We know that as a coach or organiser you can see massive potential in your athletes however often they don't always take on the advice that would get them to the next level. The Summit has designed its activities to specificlly challage team members at various levels often resulting in a better understanding of their true potential.

Next, we know these athletes have got energy to spend which means that all the activity and knowledge needs to be high energy, highly effective and loads of fun. So that's what we built, massive team challenges each with key principle. There are:

That's great, but if this is a place where great athletes experience the ultimate understanding of team it needs to also get real tangible results, so we also have available (additional cost) our in house keynote speaker Mark Dobson to present workshops on:

• Visualizing Success
• The art of team success
• How to go beyond our known abilities

And these aren't just feel good sessions; they have been designed by performance consultant and five time author Mark Dobson who has a long history advising Australian Swimmers, Australian Kayakers, AFL stars and a host of international athletes. These sessions will leave your athletes speechless with their fresh look at the mental side of sport.
