On Wednesday the 15th of June the year 5s from Drouin Primary School hopped on the bus to go on their first-ever camp, ready and excited for a new adventure! East Loddon P-12 College Camp Blog
On Monday the 30th of May East Loddon year 7’s pulled into The Summit and headed down to the Doughty House to see their accommodation and to set up their beds before heading into the Lounge room to meet The Summit coaches that they would be spending their time with throughout camp. On Monday the 30th of May, Footscray students from all campuses came together to The Summit! Knowing little of the new friends they’d meet and the new memories they were going to make! McClelland College Camp One Blog
On a wet Monday afternoon, the first half of McClelland College came through The Summit gates. Eager to get going they were shown to their tent accommodation to settle in. All students got together in The Lodge to introduce camp, staff, and the ‘Five Keys’. The first thing the groups did was play a game called ’50 Up’. Groups then smashed two initiatives and one rotation. By the end of the day, groups came up with some tribe names of their own (listed in the table below).
