Kosciuszko Street Primary School

Kosciuszko Street Primary School braved the cold and wet weather to have an awesome three day camp at The Summit. With not far to travel to camp, everyone was super energic and excited to get stuck into our activities. The first group of activities to be conquered were: Leap of Faith, Rock Wall, Flaying Fox, Snake and Nails, Snowy River Challenge and the Cave. Everyone really tried their best to push themselves on each of the activities. One moment that every tribe really had to dig deep and challenge themselves was the Monster Course at the end of day two. It was very challenging, as we did not just complete the once, but TWICE! There was incredible encouragement and support for other tribe members that helped everyone across the finish line. Wednesday rolled around quickly and sadly it was the last day of camp. However for our last day we had brand new activities to try. These included: Giant Swing, Summit Window, Bush Challenge, High Wire, Sky Bridge and Laser Skirmish. Everyone did a great job at taking this new activities on and giving them a go.

Before we said our goodbyes, the Summit did have one more surprise left. Six lucky tribe members were rewarded for their efforts and given a ride in the army tank. Well done to ....
