Lumen Christi Point Cook
There was a lot of excited energy as the grade six's, teachers and parent helpers from Lumen Christi arrived at The Summit for their first Summit camp. I do not think anyone was more excited than the Coaches at The Summit to meet the students. After a delay in starting program thanks to Mr B, all tribes completed an initiative before moving to their first two activities. Each tribe would evolve into their identity and come up with a tribe name. no longer were they known as 1,
Wellington Secondary
We had the pleasure of having Wellington Secondary College come to The Summit. With only two days to fit in as much action packed fun we could, we got straight into activities. Already on the Window we got a taste of how awesome the 48 Hours were going to be. Students wanted to push even further on their first activity and tribe members were already showing great tribe spirit. Awesome work from Joel for helping tribe members up the tower even after he had his turn. At Bush an

Mt. Hira
Four Day working week and the Year nine cohort from Mt Hira chose to spend it at The Summit. Payton and I were excited for you to arrive and spend four days getting to know you guys and have all the fun :) We eased ourselves into the program on the first day, started off with two initiatives and either Tash’s Ladder or Snake and Nails. Our focus for the day was Play All In and Have Fun, but it was also to get a taste of what camp was like and get familiar within our tribes.
Peninsula Grammar
When any guest arrives at the summit the first thing they may see is the giant UNLEASHING GREATNESS poster. Unleashing Greatness is the aim of any program we have. Peninsula this week was a perfect example of how it is achieved. From Monday to Friday there was soon much greatness throughout camp! So many incredible opportunities. The coaches were so impressed with so many moments. A few of us were privileged enough to witness some incredible bravery on the High Wire. Especial

Grovedale Secondary Camp 2.

With that new knowledge we were ready for some activities, We jumped straight into our first rotations of activities; These were: Sky Bridge, Rock wall, Inflatables, Flying Fox and Snowy River. There were falls left right and centre at t
Grovedale Secondary Camp 1
From the moment you'll got off the bus we knew you would be in it to win and we definitely weren’t wrong. After we got to know one another we headed down to play a game of 50 up. It wasn’t the best us coaches had seen, but there is always room for improvement. It took a while for you to find your feet in our newly formed tribes; the first task was deciding your tribe names. These were: Shawn the sheep, Supreme 15, 1,2,3 Greg, The Giants and The Spuds. We spent the rest of the

Mt. Alexander Secondary
What a great few days with the Mt Alexander Year Sevens! So much was achieved and conquered in such a small amount of time! The development in team work and overall strength and resilience was INCREDIBLE! We challenged our fears on the Giant Swing, High Wire and the Summit Window. We put our fear of the dark and small spaces to the test in the Cave. Our ability to strategise and work together became useful during Laser Skirmish and the Bush Challenge, however they were Essent

Kurunjang Secondary
On Monday the 26th Feb, the students and teachers from Kurunjang S.C came to camp to build relationship, resilience and perseverance through the three days spent at The Summit. After the initial introductions it was straight into initiative activities, having tribes work together to solve problems as well as communicate well. It was also the perfect time to find a tribe name and identities. Tribe would be known as Tribornators, Potatoes, Faceless, 19 Warriors, Good Vibe Tribe

Mount View Primary School
What a better way to start grade six, your final year of primary school then to head to The Summit! WOOOO, we were sooo excited for all of you to arrive! Day One: The first day we were all there to HAVE FUN and get to know what camp was all about.
